We have opportunities in a variety of areas to support our diverse portfolio of events.
This position is focused on generating revenue by acquiring exhibitors and sponsors for symposia and other events in the ICD portfolio. The person is responsible for meeting pre-set goals to prospect, deliver the pitch and tailor proposals for prospective clients while managing the relationship resulting in mutually beneficial partnerships.
With responsibility for overall attendance acquisition, this position is responsible to execute a coordinated marketing and communications strategy that includes:
Overseeing and organize a portfolio of events that will make an impact to a target audience. Ensure events are successful and cost-effective, with particular attention paid to budget and time constraints. Must have experience in all phases of event production and execution.
Responsible for the research and interviewing involved in the production of successful conferences. This includes defining the unique selling proposition—topics, speakers and conversations—that will get the target audience in the relevant industries excited to attend our events. Develop all the elements of content strategy including topics to cover and who and how to attract the industry’s foremost speakers to discuss them.
Deliver a quality audience to our events. This position can be part-time or full-time but would involve telemarketing efforts for recruiting attendees to our events. This includes working with our ACT CRM database and prospecting to grow this database.
